If you have decided that Ohio State ATI is the right fit for you, we welcome your
application. Please read this page carefully and
contact the Office of Admissions
if you have any questions.

also apply
online. Please note, however, you will be completing
the longer Columbus campus application if you
apply online.
Completing the Application
Freshmen should include:
- The signed Ohio State ATI application form itself
- The College Prep curriculum form, completed and signed by your school
counselor (part of the application form)
- A $40 non-refundable application fee (check or money order only, made
payable to The Ohio State University)
- Official high school transcript.
Transfer students should include:
- The signed application form itself
- A $40 non-refundable application fee (check or money order only, made
payable to The Ohio State University)
- Official transcript from each institution attended after high school.
- Completed Transfer Student Course Listing of all courses in which you are
presently enrolled or will be enrolled before entering Ohio State.
- Official high school transcript. (You may be exempt from this requirement
if you have successfully completed at least a year of full-time, college-level
coursework).
Continuing Education/Non-Degree-Seeking students should contact the
Office of Business Training and Educational Services by calling
(330) 287-7511.
International Students: Admission requirements, procedures, and deadlines for
international applicants differ from those for U.S. citizens. International students
can visit Ohio State's
International Undergraduate Admissions
site for more information.
Application Deadlines
- Autumn Quarter (September): July 1
- Winter Quarter (January): December 1
- Spring Quarter (March): March 1
- Summer Quarter (June): June 1
You should receive your admission decision within about six to eight weeks. If you are
missing any application items, you will be notified.

If you plan to take the
American College Test (ACT)
or the
SAT,
please release the results to Ohio State. (Scores that appear on your high
school transcript will also be accepted for ATI enrollment.) We don't require
your scores for an admission decision, but they are required prior to
registration, for placement in math and English courses. Ohio State's ACT/SAT
code is 360430.
